Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package to avoid processing delays.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
